Facilitator and Leadership Coach

Annick Routhier Labadie is a researcher by training, a coach and facilitator by profession, and an explorer at heart.  One question fascinates her:  how can we build a world where human potential can come more fully alive.

In her daily life, Annick operates in two spheres; the worlds of business and Non-Profits.   She works with small, medium and large corporations working towards greater inclusion, hoping to fostering inspiration, authenticity, and placing human life at the centre of their economic activities.  As a facilitator, her curiosity, courage, and sense of humour help her work with leaders so they may observe their worlds in the new way, and observe themselves in a new way in their worlds.   When not working in the corporate sector, Annick supports a few Non-Profits, most notably the leadership development program of an organization called Pour 3 Points, which offers support to sports coaches wanting to play a larger role in the development of their athletes.

Before dedicating herself to human potential questions, Annick was a consultant at McKinsey & Company.  Before this, she completed her studies in biomedical engineering at Oxford University on a Rhodes scholarship while exploring a whole host of other disciplines, including ethics, creative writing, and feminist studies.  Annick also played basketball on a full athletic scholarship at a Division I School in New Jersey – Seton Hall University.

Annick has more interests than fingers on her hands.  For now, she reads a lot about social justice, race, sustainability, and the art of living in a world moving too fast.  She and her partner Phil regularly practice yoga.
