KATARINA HADDAD | MBA, PCC
Katarina is an experienced facilitator and coach. She is founder and president of the firm Axellite Leadership whose mission is dedicated to increasing the effectiveness of leaders by embodying a more human way of being. Their focus is to help leaders become aware of their counterproductive behaviours, underlying beliefs and assumptions, and develop strategies that allows them to consciously step into a way of leading that empowers their people and grows organizational performance . She has spent the last decade working closely with several large Canadian and global organizations.
The bulk of Katarina’s work is spent with leaders of B2B sales organizations to enhance leadership capabilities, drive culture change and develop profitable sales growth. She regularly facilitates workshops on topics such as leadership development and sales effectiveness , and works with programs that leverages the very best thinking and science on both personal and interpersonal mastery.
As an Executive Coach, she has worked with hundreds of leaders over the years, and is particularly attuned to the limiting beliefs that prevent leaders from showing up fully at work and in life. She is fascinated by unconscious biases and enjoys exploring how our environment, habits, and beliefs comes to shape the stories we have about others and about ourselves. This awareness is key to both developmental coaching, and to unlocking greater levels of leadership effectiveness.
Katarina has completed an Executive MBA from Sherbrooke University. To compliment her leadership work she has completed multiple certifications; to name a few: The Leadership System™, Presence-Based® Coaching, Barret Values certified consultant, she is a certified Integral Facilitator, as well as a certified Health Coach from the International Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.
She and her husband enjoy travelling all over the world, hiking, and skiing. She is fluent in both English and French.
